CONFECTIONS

FLOURISH specializes in fruit-filled desserts as well as antioxidant-rich dark chocolate confections. We preserve fruits at their peak for our pies, tarts and crisps by roasting or canning them in order to enjoy them well into the end of their season.


Our pies are made with a flaky whole grain crust. A crisp spelt cookie-crust makes a great foundation for our fruit tarts, while providing a high source of protein as one of its many nutritional attributes.


Fruit strips and oversized chocolate 'bars' are baked in large rectangular molds that can be portioned into individual cookie bars or cut into small petits fours.


Most of our confections are offered as individual portions, as well as, larger desserts to share with 4 to 6 people.
