Do you use organic ingredients?
All of our flours and grains are organic. Some of our fruits and vegetables are organic but we give priority to sourcing produce in support of our local growers.


Are there trans fats or preservatives?
There are no trans fats or preservatives in any of our products. We use nutrient-rich extra virgin olive oil, expeller-pressed safflower oil, grapeseed oil, and unrefined coconut oil.


Do your items contain nuts?
Some do, please refer to the ingredient listed under each item.


Do you offer any gluten-free items?
All savory pies can be made with a gluten-free crust, with a supplementary fee. We also feature a selection of gluten-free desserts. Our products are, however, manufactured in a facility that contains wheat.


Is your facility Kosher?
Our kitchen is certified Kosher by United Kosher Supervision.


Do you cater parties and events?
Yes, we can develop a complete menu for large groups, special events, and corporate accounts. Please call FLOURISH for further information.


PIES:

How do I heat the pie at home?
Preheat a conventional oven or toaster to 375 degrees. Reheat the pie in its ovenproof tart pan for 15 minutes. The pie can also be microwaved on high for 45 seconds.


Can the pie pan be put in the oven/microwave?
Yes, the pie pan is ovenproof up to 375 degrees. The pan can also be used in the microwave. The pie pan is reusable and recyclable.


How long will the pie stay fresh?
The pie stays fresh up to 5 days in the refrigerator and frozen up to 3 months.


How long does it take to reheat a frozen pie?
You can reheat a frozen pie in the microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. For a crisper crust, bake in a conventional oven at 375 for 30 minutes.


BREADS:

How do I reheat breads?
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place bread on stone or baking sheet for 15 minutes until outer crust is crisp.


Can the bread be frozen?
The bread stores very well in the freezer in a zip-lock bag for up to 3 months. Thaw for 30 minutes and place in a hot 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.


ORDERING:

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We do ask that you place your order by 5 pm before the day you would like to receive it. An order for Monday would need to be placed by 5pm on the Friday before.


What is your cancellation policy?
We bake our items to order each morning. Therefore, any orders cancelled after 5 pm before the scheduled pick up date will require a 50% cancellation fee.


What payment method can I use?
We use Paypal for credit card payments.


Can I order your items frozen?
Yes, our pies are available if you would like to bake them fresh yourself. Our breads can also be ordered parbaked for a freshly baked out-of-the-oven loaf.


Do you deliver or ship?
During our start up period, we are unable to take deliveries or shipping requests. Please send us an inquiry regarding your interest and we can let you know when we will be offering this service.
