Our whole grain crust is made from an organic blend of seven whole grain flours. Organic flours are notable for being milled from crops grown without synthetic fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals. A combination of extra virgin olive oil and expeller-pressed safflower oils, both high in Vitamin E and low in saturated fats, are mixed into the flours. We sweeten the mix with agave nectar and proof the dough overnight to achieve a light, Danish-style pastry crust. Our crust is dairy free.
Gluten-free crusts are made from tapioca flour, coconut flour, rice flour and raw coconut oil, which contains fewer calories than other oils and numerous health benefits.
