For tasty vegetable-based items we offer pot pies, open-faced tarts, savory muffins, and seasonal dairy free vegetable soups. We produce artisanal baked goods such as hearty multi-grained breads, delicate gluten-free loaves, innovative whole-grain cookies, and fruit-filled tarts. Our products feature nutritious vegetable infusions, juices, and oils, as well as vitamin-rich seeds and nuts. Flourish Baking Company uses quality ingredients—organic grain flours, organic raw cane sugars and butter, and eggs that are free of hormones and antibiotics. For seasonal specials, we source produce from Hudson Valley and Long Island farms.
Flourish Baking Company is a member of the Whole Grains Council. United Kosher Supervision of Monsey, NY certifies the Flourish kitchen for dairy and pareve items. You are welcome to visit our production kitchen (160 Summerfield Street, Scarsdale, NY) where we have freshly baked items available for retail purchase. Our hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm.
