Our pies, a variation on the traditional pub favorite, bring flavor and nutrition together in four wholesome fillings — lentil simmer, slow-cooked greens, sweet potato mash, and ratatouille.
Each of the four fillings combines vegetables for a harmony of flavors. A blend of seven organic whole-grain flours mixed with extra virgin olive oil and expeller pressed safflower oil forms a dairy-free pie crust that has a bread-like texture. Vegetable preparations use fresh ingredients and local sources when available.
We bake Flourish Vegetable Pot Pies in small batches to maximize flavor and to maintain a home-cooked quality. The pot pies are fully baked to a golden brown finish and are sold frozen—just reheat in an oven or a microwave and serve. Having a top and bottom crust, our pot pies are also portable for meals on the go.
